Jump and Slide Gives Back
There’s truly nothing better than seeing a customer happy. We know – we’ve been in business for over ten years now. We obviously cannot thank you enough for the great support over the years, but at Jump and Slide, we’re not all talk. We believe in “paying it forward.”
That’s why the team at Jump and Slide Entertainment donates for so many great organizations and charities each and every year. Recently, we donated to the Paws of War Foundation, which held a charity event on Saturday, April 16, 2016.
Jump and Slide Entertainment donates to all types of events and organizations, but we hold a special place in our hearts for the military. As a former Marine, the owner of Jump and Slide couldn’t have been happier to help out such a wonderful organization.
Our Contributions to Paws of War
Paws of War is a Long Island organization that works with shelter dogs and military veterans. They train and place these shelter dogs to provide independence to our US military veterans that suffer from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder or PTSD.
The coordinators at Paws of War were incredibly impressed with our selection we donated – so much so, they sent us a personal email, thanking us for our time and donation. Here’s what they had to say:
“On behalf of Paws of War, we would like to thank you for your support. You went above and beyond for this cause and we appreciate all your efforts and those of the staff you sent. The event was a major success and your contributions gave us the carnival atmosphere.”

Our Contributions to Michael Leamy
Here at Jump and Slide, we love giving back to the community. Recently, we had a carnival set up donated to Mike’s Fight, another Long Island organization dedicated to raising money for Michael Leamy. A 40+ year resident of Garden City, Leamy suffered a spinal cord injury, which resulted in him becoming quadriplegic. He is a retired FDNY and Veteran of the US Navy during the Vietnam War, as well as a first responder on 9/11 and continuously returned each day to assist the search and rescue teams.
It was a great event, and we received an equally great response on our Facebook page:
“Thank you Anthony and Staff! Anthony donated 1 bouncy house and 3 inflatable games for a fundraiser. Your generosity and kindness is greatly appreciated. The fundraiser was a huge success. I plan to use Jump and Slide in the future as they were nothing but professional and kind. I highly recommend using Jump and Slide for parties and events. My family and I really appreciate what you did for us!”
Our Contributions to the Oral Cancer Foundation
On April 23, we helped the Oral Cancer Foundation for their charity event. Dr. Lauren Argentina and the team at Modern Dentistry of Long Island could not have been happier with our services. The event turned out great, and we are proud to know that we helped make this charity event even more memorable.
“When I contacted Anthony about a Fundraiser for the Oral Cancer Foundation – he was more than happy to help – which is rare these days! His team was prompt and professional. The obstacle course and carnival games were clean and a huge hit with our entire event participants. I am looking forward to hiring him for my block party this year – It was such a pleasure to work with him and his team, and I look forward to having him at our events for many years to come! Thanks again!!”

Our list of donations doesn’t stop there. In the next few planning to donate to one of our favorite fundraising events: Robbie’s Run. This annual event is a not-for-profit, whose goal is to provide Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) to schools that do not currently have them in place. This event was created by Jill and Dr. Craig Levine, whose son, Robbie, tragically passed away in September 2005 on the baseball field.

“Defibrillators save lives. We need to raise awareness about the importance of having lifesaving safety equipment that can help prevent a tragedy.”
We’re looking forward to another successful event for them. Jump and Slide is happy to be a major donor to this incredible fundraiser.
